In 2017, I began my digital fitness journey by quitting social media, which was replaced by YouTube, and Netflix.
Over the past 5 years, I crafted small, sustainable habits, gradually reducing my daily screen time from 6 to an intentional 1 hour per day. This inspired me to start Take Back Your Time.
