High Screen Time is draining your employees’ focus, health, & output.
What you’re already seeing in your teams:
1. Fractured Focus.

Everyone has a prime focus window, 9–11 AM and 1–3 PM. These windows are now gone, to notifications and meetings leading to low-quality output, inability to focus for long and no time to do deep work.

3. Less sleep & presence.

This is the part that rarely gets discussed in corporate well-being conversations. The same screen habits continue at home. After hours: online games, series, reels, social media, research, messages, emails.
Poor Sleep
Scrolling to bed leads to late sleep and poor sleep quality, so employees wake up tired.
Low Fitness
More sedentary screen time at home reduces movement. Further, watching content while eating increases calorie intake and junk food. Whatever personal time exists gets absorbed by the screen, leaving no space for walking, exercise, or in-depth conversations.
Strained Relations
When with family, employees are physically present but mentally somewhere else. This depletes them further, with guilt, fights and an inability to spend quality time together.

FAQs
It is for any team experiencing digital overload — fractured focus, burnout, or overwhelm. It works well for individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders alike. If your team lives on screens all day, this is for them..
Most productivity trainings focus on doing more — better task management, smarter prioritisation, faster execution. This workshop on doing less but of high quality. It addresses the root cause: screen habits and cognitive overload that have quietly stolen your team’s ability to focus, rest, and be present.
No. Teams don’t quit smartphones or delete apps. The workshop is about building a balanced relationship with the internet in your daily life. So that content consumption is in balance with creation. What changes is the mindless use that’s draining attention and energy.
Participants fill in a self-assessment before the workshop and again after the 7-day challenge. The survey tracks five indicators — deep work, cognitive load, sleep quality, non-work screen time, and presence. The difference between the two scores is your team’s progress report.
You can record the session. But this is an interactive session built around group discussion and live exercises. Participants who attend live get significantly more out of it. The manager of the team needs to be present as they play a key role in setting digital hygiene team norms.
